Vibrant Home Journal welcomes clear, original pitches about the atmosphere and character of home interiors. We are interested in specific ideas readers can understand and use to look at their own spaces with fresh eyes.
What we welcome
Pitch thoughtful pieces about colour, light, texture, objects or arrangement. Useful proposals might explain a design idea, compare distinct choices, explore the background of a familiar detail, question a common assumption or offer a focused approach to a particular kind of room or moment.
What makes a strong pitch
Send a working title, a short summary of the central idea and a note on what the reader will understand by the end. Explain why the angle is distinct from familiar interiors coverage. Keep claims supportable and disclose relevant commercial interests; do not send confidential information or assume that a pitch has been accepted.
How to send it
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial question option to send a proposal. Please include enough detail for us to understand the angle, but do not send a complete manuscript unless requested.
